Case summary
After being discharged following the implantation of a defibrillator with resynchronization and after a stay in a rehabilitation center, you will monitor your usual patient as general practitioner during two consultations to review his heart failure and diabetes. This follows the case of the man aged 63 hospitalized for heart failure
